Central Campus

The Institute’s rural campus is located in the scenic Langkloof Valley, a little way inland of the Southern Cape coast along which South Africa’s picturesque Garden Route makes its way. It is from the quaint valley town of Twee Riviere that the Institute conducts and oversees its national and international training programme.

The Institute’s faculty buildings, administrative offices, studio facilities and other amenities are set within the graceful parkland setting of the spacious campus grounds, which provide an ideal backdrop to the pursuit of learning.

The campus also plays host to an average of ten course presentations over the course of the academic year, with the balance of the training programme being represented by the three urban venues (below).

All aspects of course administration (regardless of venue) are undertaken by the Institute’s Programme Office, which will knowledgeably respond to all enquiries.

The Institute’s landscaped campus is also home to a unique tree collection, Skrijwershoek Arboretum, which showcases many rarely seen and beautiful tree specimens, viewed against the splendid backdrop of the Tsitsikamma Mountains.
